Dear Tracy,
It’s been a year since Cosmo joined our family and what a year it has been. Not only have we gained an incredible new family member in Cosmo, but we’ve also developed a valued friendship in you. Let’s see, what all has gone on this past year.
We were introduced to the world of dog shows. It was real fun going to the shows with you, Stephanie, and Glory Ann. This past March was especially fun when Cosmo earned his championship winning four majors while doing so. It was very cool when you and him beat the professional handler that was hired specifically to beat you two. I think I almost jumped out of the balcony I was so excited. Anyway, what better way could he have earned his championship. Now Cosmo and I are beginning earthdog tests. Hopefully we can be just as successful in this as you guys were in conformation. We just have to get you and Java, Perogi, or Houdini out there with us. We’ve had fun so far and we’re sure you would too.
Cosmo has been great for our family. The kids adore him and he is very good with them. Even Duncan, our Maine Coon Cat, doesn’t seem to mind having him around. Duncan and Cosmo play regularly. In fact, I think Duncan seeks Cosmo out sometimes for a romp. Cosmo has been well excepted by our neighbors as well, who routinely ask about him and have even made the point of introducing their small children to him because they know how good he is with them.
Anyway, as you know the reason I found Fantasia Kennel is because I developed an allergy to dogs, but I was determined to have one. Most people would be bummed about having this type of allergy, but the way I feel is that it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. If not for the allergy I would have never discovered how great Bedlingtons are and would never of got Cosmo. I can’t wait to get another.
