Bedlington Terrier

The most distinctive feature of this gutsy terrier is his curly, woolly coat. He is sometimes described as having the head of a lamb and the heart of a lion. This is a dog that was bred to quickly kill not only rats, but also badgers, oters and foxes.

The Bedlington is a member of the Terrier Group and was first recognized by the AKC in 1886.

German Shorthaired Pointer

The German Shorthaired Pointer is a medium-size, versatile sporting dog. He is also an even-tempered and loyal family watchdog and companion. His endurance, intelligence, and nobility are reflected in his handsome appearance: a deep chest, smooth pace, and dignified expression.

The German Shorthaired Pointer is a member of the Sporting Group and was first recognized by the AKC in 1930.

Rhodesian Ridgeback

The Ridgeback was bred to hunt game, but also to guard homes and protect families. This is a strong dog, but one who wants to please. He is proud, dignified, and courageous, devoted to his family, and protective and loving of children.

The Ridgeback is a member of the Hound Group and was first recognized by the AKC in 1955.
